RENTAL FAQs

  • Rental rates are based on the day of the week and vary between busy and slow seasons.

    FRIDAY: $3500-$4000

    SATURDAY : $5000-$5500

    SUNDAY: $3000-$3500

  • Rental rates are based on the day of the week and vary between busy and slow seasons.

    SATURDAY : $3000-$3500

    SUNDAY: $2000-2500

  • The average rental rate for nonprofit events is $1500. Standard rental includes access to The Atrium & Courtyard. This discounted rate is available for organized NPOs.

  • Rental includes private access to the venue from 8am-11pm on the day of the event. Usage of the venue’s furniture inventory is included in all rentals.

    The Haven Indoor Bridal Getting Ready Space

  • Full Payment Discount: Receive 10% off for paying the total rental fee upfront instead of a 50/50 payment schedule.

    *At least a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the date of the event

    Wedding Weekend Discount: To reserve the day before the wedding for rehearsal dinner or early setup, The Plant Venue offers discounted rates for the additional date.

    *Example: Average Friday Rental Rate is $3500. Add-On Thursday for only $1500. Contact for custom quote!
