FAQ

  • Head to your navigation or map application on your phone and type in The Plant Venue or 133 Commerce Park Drive Jackson Mississippi 39213.

    When driving to The Plant Venue, take the I-55 exit onto Lakeland Drive towards The Fondren District. Turn on Mitchell Avenue next to Walker’s Drive-In and head west to The Fondren Warehouse District. After crossing the railroad tracks, take your first right onto Commerce Park Drive. The entrance to the gated gravel lot is located about 200 feet from the intersection of Commerce Park Drive and Mitchell Avenue. From there, guests can park and enter the venue through the front doors

  • Visitor walkthroughs include a dedicated one hour time slot allotted for guiding guests through the space, consulting about event details, handing out venue resources, and answering questions about the venue.

  • Visitors may receive documents such as Frequently Asked Questions, Blank Floor Plans, and Vendor List on the tour. Booking documents are all recorded digitally through Square, so rental agreements and invoices are not shared or signed in person.

  • All bookings are recorded through the Square platform including the rental agreement and invoice. To reserve a date, the rental agreement should be signed and a 50% deposit of the rental fee should be submitted through Square.
