Wedding day rentals include access to the full venue including The Atrium & Courtyard, Sunset Lounge, The Haven, & The Retreat!

The average rental rate for nonprofit events is $1500-$2200 based on the season and availability. Standard NPO rentals include access to The Atrium & Courtyard, accommodating up to 300 guests. Discounted rates are available for NPOs.

Rental includes private access to the venue from 8am-11pm on the day of the event. Usage of the venue’s furniture inventory is included in all rentals.

Full Payment Discount: Receive 10% off for paying the total rental fee upfront instead of a 50/50 payment schedule.

Wedding Weekend Discount: To reserve the day before the wedding for rehearsal dinner or early setup, The Plant Venue offers discounted rates for the additional date.
